The founder of Bujinkan, Masaaki Hatsumi
The International Bujinkan Dojo is supervised and led by Dr. Massaki Hatsumi, who lives and trains in Noda City, Japan. He actively teaches at the Budokan in Tokyo and at the Bujinkan Honbu Dojo in Noda. Hatsumi Sensei is recognized as one of the premiere martial artists of today and is well known throughout the world. Hatsumi Sensei's organization is called "Bujinkan Dojo" (The Divine Warrior God's Place for Training). The name of our style is now generally known as "Budo Taijutsu."
Jess Attilli, Shidoshi, is the chief instructor at the Ichi Nen Dojo, Cleveland facility. He has 20 years experience in the Martial Arts and shows no sign of slowing down. Both he and his mentors make it a point to travel to Japan regularly to receive direct training from the Hombu Dojo. He is responsible for teaching classes and maintaining the facility. David Scheeff, Jeff Steller and Rob Bigley, are the assistant instructors and help teach the basic class.
